Sneaking in...
Hi there!! I am just sneaking in for a little hello and to share some new treats with you!! You see, I have a huge event this weekend, and I am having some ladies over Saturday and Sunday... So I am running around like a madwoman, trying to get everything done. But, I really wanted to pop in and share these with you, and see what you think??? (little update below)
They are a few new postcards for my shop. Now, there are two others that I won't share because the dye lots came in just atrocious and they are being re-made... But for now, we have.... (oh and these are nice thick satin postcards)
Miss Fungi Fairytale Girl (otherwise known as "She dreamed herself a Fungi Garden").

Backside
I can't wait to send some of these out. I am going to choose a name at random from this post and send a little postcard sampler to that person. So, don't forget to leave a comment...
The next postcard is of "Reverie." But since she was so square in shape, I decided to make a fun background for her, and float her in the middle. I am delighted with her...(can you tell the black border has music notes in it? tricky ;)

Backside
The next card uses one of my all time favorites, "A Peculiar Day."

And then, by popular demand, I turned "In the Chambers of the Sea," into a postcard as well...

Also, Miss Emilia is back in the shop, as a postcard. She is a love, and I missed her...

I have also, reworked "The Curious Playroom," to have a little black border so that the image itself does not get distorted. It looks like a little movie shot to me with the rounded black border.

So there you have it for now. And they are in the shop. I hate to run so quickly. I would love to stay and play. And tell you more about the Teeny Tiny Tea party winner. But, I will next time, as this is just an impromptu hellllloooo!!!!
Don't forget to say "howdy" so I can put your name in a hat, and draw a name to receive a postcard sample with all the postacrds. Not just these, but one of each postcard in my shop.
See you sooooon!!! (Pleeeeaaase wish me luck in my weekend endeavors, I'll need it!!) ;) xxoo, V
ps:

"reverie" and "into the chambers of the sea" are beautiful, and so moving. so glad i found your blog! :-)

I just love all of these! Whoever prints your postcards does such a nice job too. I love the postcard idea too because then I can have LOTS of Vanessa for a teeny little price. But now I have to wait and see who the two missing folks are. And oooooh the suspense is building for the tea party! Hope you have a fun real life party too!

Gooorgeous postcards. As I looked at each one I went 'that's my favourite... no, wait, this one's my favourite... no, hang on, this one'. lol The backgrounds work really well with them.
Good luck with your busy weekend, it sounds more fun than mine. My busyness involves several uni assignments, I'd much rather be having people over.

Oh hello there.
Good luck for your busy weekend.
Perhaps some of your busy bee productivity will rub off on me after reading about all you've been up to. I really struggle to stay focused most of the time. I admire your endless outpouring of creativity. I've planned myself an 'art week' A week away just to make art, away from all my distractions in order to try and focus.

Hello, would love to be in the drawing! I love your postcards/artwork, particularly "The Curious Playroom" and anything with the newspaper attire! Postcards in general fascinate me. I love to collect the free ones they have in coffee shops...at least they have them in San Francisco and Paris. I don't think I've seen any here.
