Mr. Lovee is quite the talented guy! Lucky you (and lucky him to have you in his life). Can't wait to see photos of your new space. Miss you! xoxox

It's obvious Mister Lovee loves You! My hubby built me bookshelves one year for Christmas; just the fact that he did that was the best gift ever! I don't think he'd built anything since shop class in high school. So you can have your pecan pie and some tea/coffee in your little kitchen ~ sweet!

ok, that's it, I'm coming to live at your place :D

How fun! Can't wait to see pics :) ~ER~

A guest room where one can room with the wee Elfins? Delightful! Congratulations on your new office. I feel an Office Warming Party is needed. OOooooo, this thought just ran through my head...please do tell us all if you EVER have a garage sale! But then again, we would all swoon and you'd be stuck with a fine group of bloggie friends laying on your lawn.

P.S. I had way to much fun with my halloween lables of yours!

**blows kisses** Deb

Oh for goodness sakes!! I thought you had disappeared into the desert somewhere!! Sounds like lots of hard work but oh how pretty I'm sure your new space is going to be!! I'm so excited to see it!!

Have a most productive and delightful day!!

Kylee

Oh it sounds lovely Vanessa! I am so pleased you are nearly there! Mr Lovee definitely does deserve a pie! Have fun arranging!

PS-I have also had an advance in home comforts-not quite the same but quite liberating-we now have wireless-it is such a novelty. I am lying in bed looking at blogs and listening to the radio!

Vanessa:

How exciting! I can't wait to see pictures of the finished project. What an interesting home you and Mr. Lovee have. Old canning rooms? Do you know the full history of your old house?

I'm going through a studio re-do myself. I'm calking this week. My husband installed wood floor and new baseboards, but honestly, his small detail work is not the best. So....I always do the calking around here!

Thanks so much for sharing:

Oh V, I'm so excited for you!! I can imagine the delight you are feeling and how sweet of Mr. Lovee to build build move and build with you!

Jamie :)

You'll enjoy your new space and make it special! Can't wait to see lots of photos! Enjoy your day! Do you feel creative in your new space? I know it will be perfect!

How fun! Can't wait to see pics!

YAY for new spaces & Happy Veevala & Crafty Clever Mr. Lovee (ummm yes, I noticed those hands that post before oh yes i did. Yummy strong ones....sigh).
LOL
HEY what a menagerie of whimsical childhood and grownup playtoys in that jar! I could be occupied practically all day!

And if you fed Cowboy HOMEMADE pecan pie, why, I'm pretty sure you'd have TWO helpers with good hands, because he, like Mr. Lovee, loves hammers & nails & wood & measuring & calculating & footage.......and pie.
HIP HIP HOORAH 4 V's NEW SHINDIG!!
XOXOXOXOXO

Congrats on your little magical house, Vanessa. I hope you'll have a wonderful time there, and make all kinds of great treasures.

congratulations on your new space!

I'd love to see pics of your benches. :)

Congratulations and high fives to you and Mister Lovee for work well done. When may I come see for myself the enchantment you have built?

Sounds like a wonderful spot! - and custom furniture, ooh la la!

Looking forward to photos!

I just knew that magic was afoot in the desert! That Mister Lovee is quite a guy... I have a sink in my studio(it is the laundry room on Sundays, dontcha know..) and it comes in oh so handy. I would imagine you could hole yourself up in there for days making art and messes and such. So much love in this little country house. And I second the notion of a Fanciful garage sale...but it would have to be virtual since I couldn't actually swoon on your front step (well, not literally anyway!)
Enjoy the day, faery Queen!

Congratulations on your new work space!!!! Oh, how I envy those with "real" studio space - mine is a tiny (cute but cramped) 7'x 8.5'room - and then what ever rest-of-the-house space I spill over into ;-). I'm hoping you'll post photos of your lovely new space.

Congratulations! It sounds like the perfect little spot for you...the kitchenette and bathroom will come in mighty handy when you're up at night creating and barely have to leave your space to have all your needs taken care of...a pecan pie sounds as if it's well in order indeed!!

Hola Chiquita!!!

Oh what a wonderful place to set your soul free to play in your private very own just me space!!!! Oh my gosh how fun is that???

I am one happy girl that the envelope manage to make it through both country's customs without someone misplacing them, if you know what I mean!!! The 3 week wait was ever sooooooooo worth it!!!!!

yes a mud map might be a good idea :D sounds like you are having a right royal time renovating and decorating...that first photo has inspired me...i seem to be collecting lots of little things and some things i just cant throw away but that sort of huge jar idea makes sense.
smooches for a great week

All these renovations are exciting just to read about, it must be fun planning how it will all be set up.

Being a yarn lover I'm jealous of your kitchenette- I'd love a space to felt and wash and dye and hang yarn without housemates getting in the way wanting to do silly things like making dinner.

Your studio always looks like such a fun place to play in too!

I'm looking forward to your pictures of your new space. It is fun and hard work to make a space shine and glow the way you want it too. Once your done, you'll think how lived without it.

Oh! roasted marshmallows, shroom grog, and Baby Monkey, but where is Mister Lovee's head. It seems to have disappeared beneath his curly lockes. What am I speaking of, you may wonder? Why your little rabbit trail with all its delights!!!!

Speaking of delights! New rooms for fun and frolicking, decorating and dreaming! What fun you must be having there beyond your secret gate and might I tell you also that I simply can not wait!!!! To see all your wonderful new digs.

xoxo Cori

Congratulations! Can't wait to see photos of everything. :) Theresa

I love love your arrangement of beautiful spaces and rooms and buildings. I have a dear friend who has her house and their house just down the block...very Frida and Diego like...

I have my studio and Mr R hollers out every once in a while, you can come in the big house if you want :)

anyway, can't wait to see pics!!

x..x

Hi Vanessa,
I was working late tonight, lost in Photoshop heaven and decided to take a break and come see what you were up to. I followed the links to your spaces, and this is so exciting. Being organized makes the world of difference in the creative process. Not that I have actually experienced this, I am totally disorganized, and have my creations draped from my art room to the family room where I enjoy my computer.

I can't wait to see these pictures. What bliss to have such a wonderful space.

Karen

Oooh does this mean that you might just appear in Where Women Create? hmmmm, that would be a good thing!

Karen

V,
The desert is so enchanting, isn't it? I love the southwest.

I can't wait to see the pictures of your new space.

~elaine~

♥ You know I'm ever so thrilled for you Miss Fanciful!! Can't wait to see your new space!!

You are so lucky to have all that space. I think I need some glass cabinets like yours. Wendy xxx

It sounds like you have been very busy!! But having fun just the same. It is exciting to move into your "final" studio/gallery/kitchen area. How wonderful it will be to sit in there, look out the window and daydream!! Sounds divine!!

I am loving my visits to your magical blog! It is an easy way for me to leave where I am, and jump into your fabulous world of wonder!!

Mr. Lovee sure knows how to keep a lady happy! How fun to have a new place to do what you do so well. ;D Can't wait to see the final outcome. I am off to look at the snippets. How fun! It's always such a joy to visit with you.
Xo,
Tammy

Oh my gosh, Im so excited for you! The wondrous art you will be inspired to make. Can't wait to see photos of the space.

Peace&Love

You, yes you. The beautiful and fascinating you.

I adore everything about you.

Love Renee xoxo

I wish I had a Mr.McLovee..an absolute miracle you have that space!! Thank you so much for posting on my brothers blog,I am so honored and moved..I'm blown away! George is still learning computer skills..for now he knows only to click on faces under followers..I told him about your blog but the link did not highlight on his blog...could you possibly join his blogif you feel moved to do so? George is new to blog world and does not know there are other artisans out there similar! He thinks he is crazy and his artwork is crazy!! I posted his pics on flickr and he has had two comment's comparing his work to 'Henry Darger' and 'Howard Flinster?'!!! Did you see the painting with the harlequin angel figure in upper right corner in one of his paintings?..he said that was me!! I am trying to get him to do a bigger one I can put on my wall!! I feel bad for him his health is bad and he has had a rough journey. He was committed because he saw angels and faeries flying by his window and balls of light going through his kitchen.I really feel that George is a shaman trying to live in this crazy reality? LOL Denise

You are the most hard working person I know...Mr. Loveee is not so bad either.
I am looking forward to seeing photos of your new office.
I am back from a South West vacation...New Mexico mostly :) If you have time I have some photos from my trip and more to come :)

Love seeing your studio and your precious gallery!! How wonderful! So full of light and color. Exactly what I look for all the time.
Hugging you
SueAnn

Laughing out loud to be sure on that last paragraph!!!!!! Big smiles to you and for the last push on getting your space just, al gusto! Blessings and thanks for the note about my art!

I am so glad I have a Mr. Lovee-like man. He made me a dresser for my birthday last year, he created a studio space for me in our house and just remodeled my office at our shop. All just for me. It is so nice to be loved, huh?

We are remodeling the storefront of our shop and moving everything in the work area, so I relate to the in between crazy chaos. Hope you enjoy your new office space! Looking forward to seeing it.

V, Please sign me up for the party. I really can't wait!

I know it was a lot of work but mister makes you a lucky girl!!!

How exciting to be moving in to your new space! (But oh my goodness how I would love a canning room!)
I was thinking the other day about my own creative space and how it would be great to have a sink and an oven so it doesn't seem that strange to have those things around.
Oh and congratulations for getting your lovely Halloween potion labels on the front page of etsy this morning! I wish you many sales!

I will be delighted to see pics of the decorating process!!! Such fun and such a lovely Lovee!

Very exciting!! I can't wait to see the photographs!
Elizabeth

I am envious of all your space(es)! How fun to have so many great buildings to decorate the way you want. I can't wait to see pictures! Twyla

Exciting! And congratulations!

PS -- I love the little Dutch shoes in the jar!

Sounds wonderful Vanessa, I am so excited for the Halloween blog party, I am giving away a little something on my site that day to celebrate the event. I mentioned you in my post. Just love ALL! your fanciful adventures. Make sure to enter on my site, i'm giving away something spooktacular :)
Hugs,
Amada

So that is where you had gotten too! I wondered. I know just what you mean about being ready to be done. We have a hard time making it to the end of such projects around here. Sometimes it is so easy to run out of steam! So glad you have almost made it!
