The masks are so adorable. I'm going to have to print them out.

Don't you think its time for another Halloween party?

ooh pretty, just in time for my party on Saturday.... if anyone wants to look a little mysterious but not too scary these are the ones, 'a fanciful twist' indeed!

eeeeeee! I love them! and this: "for any time that you need a mask"

!!!

you are so generous. I printed out the mask template. Thanks so much Hugs Sara

Wonderful masks. My favourite is the owl I think. I love owls :)

These are all great, Vanessa! Thank you for being so generous! What a great display just the masks could make attached to a dowel or "wand" and placed in a container. I love your witches! The one in pink is just fabulous ~ love her outfit.

Oh, Vanessa, thank you so much for the beautiful masks! I will be printing some out as well! Hee hee I noticed that your Halloween guests have the remote control with them in bed. Perhaps they are watching Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds"? Or maybe "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown"?

Every time you say you are itching to tell us something in an upcoming post, well, my itching starts up, too! Something you've wanted to share for 7 months?? Oh, do hurry back before I have to start liberally applying the itch cream. ; )

Thanks so much for sharing your adorably gorgeous masks!! Love them!!! You're a peach! :)

Beautiful masks!!!

Wounderfully delicious. Thank you.

What a lovely gift... always so generous and kind... Loving the masks.... full of whimsy and fun...

Love Love Love!!! You are just the sweetest ♥
and The Most Fun. I think I'll make the half mask and wear it handing out candy. Oh my, what a delightful group you have there for a sleep over. **happy smiles** Deb

thank you for sharing Vanessa... they are great fun.. Ciao

The masks are oh so charming but the real treasure here for me, was learning of Florence and The Machine. I've never heard of her before, but I am positively entranced with the music now!

oh vanessa, the cake mask is genius!

xxx

Have I told you lately that you make life better?
thank you.

Off to print fun things.

C

yep.... that's it.... a cherry head cupcake mask is perfect.
For most days really.... one can use a cupcake mask....

Oh! These are super fun, V.
Guess who I'm going to slap that owl mask on the second she gets up from a nap????
WHOOO WHOOO???????

Would Matty tolerate one?
Or would he eat it?
You should make him a fancy Cat Mask.
How sneaky he would be!

These are adorable! Only you would come up with this. :-)

Thank you for sharing all the free treats! The masks are super lovely. Also, I just LOVE the skully from the last post, and yes please tell us your recipe for caramel cake because it looks like just about the most delicious thing ever!!!

Your masks are great and certainly brought a smile to my face - as did this, "Actually, I really think these can be used for any time that you need a mask, not just Halloween." I love that the need for a mask may just pop up spontaneously in your world - The observation was so off-hand and genuinely sweet - you totally rock!
Also, I love how the Fanciful Mask makes the mannequin look cross-eyed.

Dearest Vanessa...I do love visiting your fanciful world. I took the liberty of printing off your plain mask. I added my own touches...
Please check it out here.. .www.sewonandsewfourth.blogspot.com

Thanks so much!

You'll find me....
Dancing in the silvery light of the moon,
Bev

I so love to play here. Your super sweet silly masks are sweeties.
You do such nice things for us :)

Love that owl mask. The cupcake mask - ummm... Looks like a sugar high nightmare!!! Cupcakes with eyes. EEPS!!! That would SERIOUSLY freak me out!! LOL Used to be a soft-serve icecream place that put little candy eyes on your icecream. Gave me the heebie-jeebies....

Happy Halloween, girly-girl!

Kathy

Thanks! Rena adores owls and we celebrate her b-day (late because of schedules with all the friends) tomorrow! Thanks again friend! It is gorgeous! Blessings.

Dear Vanessa! Thank you SO very much for creating these "fanciful" masks for all of us to play with! Goodness, all of them are so cute! I have a rather soft spot for the owl, but I love the fanciful one, too. And the cupcake. Well, all of them. Have a wonderful day... xoxo Theresa

Oh Dear Miss Vanessa!
Thank you for the beautiful masks! They are super fun and beautiful and silly all at once! And how sweet of you to send a blank one too! My printer is not being nice right now or I would create one and print it for Halloween night. Oh well! We will be giving treats to mini ghosts and ghoulies for the first time in a LONG time (there's not a lot of trick or treating done in the city, but here is a different story!)

Betty

You are always so sweet to share your art with all of us! I saved them...now to print them out! Just in time! HUGS! ♥ Happy Halloween, girlfriend! ♥

the Fanciful Face mask looks really good on a woman's face... and the owl one has a little problem with the eyes in my opinion, they look kind of sad I don't know...

thanks for the free tips and masks...they're great !!!

they look so good, great ideea for haloween or any party for that matter

the owl looks kind of sad, but the designs are flawless !

I printed mine on really nice durable card stock, then, simply cut it out (eyes too). Card stock is best, but you can use whatever you have available.

On the blue side flaps of the mask, I drew some black dots where you might want to punch your holes, and tie ribbons to each side. Note that the holes might not be where you need them based on the size of your head, so, after you cut the eyes out, hold the mask up to your head and make a note of where you will want to attach your ties.

Great masks...In any party these type of masks play a great role. I like it so much. These are awesome.
