"It's a supernatural delight...
Everybody was dancing in the moonlight..."
(King Harvest,1973)
I had a proper post for you today.
However, I am veering.
The moon has been waaaay to exciting to not chat about it, don't you think?
What is it with that moon, and all it's dreaminess?
We waited patiently every night this week, as day turned into evening...
To catch glimpses of a moon becoming rounder and fuller...
Coming right over the great big mountains...
And then, there it was.
The night before a full moon.
Misty full clouds hovering avec moon.
Dreamy.
We ran up and down the front garden in that beautiful blue sky glow.
It's a blur! ;)
Of course you have to turn this up whilst dancing in the moonlight, don't you agree?
Just love that.
How could we even think about going to sleep with that moon out there like that?
All around we went.
The dogs and I got to bed around 10, but...
Mister Lovee stayed outside until 2 in the morning, working in the gallery and doing this and that.
The moon makes us do crrrrazy things.
Staying up that late is crazy.
It used to be a breeze, but not so much anymore :)
I went hunting for him at 2:30 when I noticed all the lights were still on.
Moon entranced me thinks.
As you can imagine, after his 2:30 a.m. in the garden shenanigans the night before, Lovee was tucked in by 7:30 p.m. last night.
I decided to listen to ghost stories, and hide in the cottage, waiting for the full moon.
I ran across the yard like a freaked out 13 year old, locked the door and closed the curtains.
Even though no one on earth can see me in there :)
(unless they are in my yard, creeeepy thought, hope no stranger is ever in my yard, eek!)
The dogs came soon after, yay, my protectors.
I crawled up into the cottage, and waited.
Cuddled up in fluffy comforters and pillows.
And then, there it was...
Coming over the mountain with a perfectly orange glow.
You see, that is what I get for listening to ghost stories alone at night out in the cottage.
I get this moon.
Ooooooooooooooo!
That sneaky moon.
Did you get to enjoy the moon the last couple nights?
I wonder what tonight shall bring?
I have been giving myself a couple vacation days to finish some chores.
Even though I really have all sorts of things to share and do.
Maybe I'll finally take some interior cottage photos.
Do any of you bury crystals under the moonlight?
Tips, tricks?
Love, V
