Autumn entered in a whirlwind of rain and wind, lightning and thunder.
And yet, summer tried to wrestle autumn away.
Alas, autumn won.
Pomegranate leaves turned yellow, just like that.
It is cool under the moon tonight.
Mombie and I went out to turn off the twinkle lights in the cottage, and we ooed and aaahed about the brisk air and star filled sky.
The pumpkins are coming along, more than I even thought.
Thank you pumpkin king, for the gift of your orange beautiful babes in the garden.
Early morning sky had a glimmer of light.
Like a big brushstroke of golden paint.
The pups carry on with their lovely shenanigans.
Miles and his morning paper delivery always warms the heart.
I am off, on my way for a little while.
Pumpkins will wait for me.
I look forward to collecting.
Most of all, I look forward to continued visits with you.
See you on the other side of bits and bobs of life's crazy adventures.
My heart loves this place to bursting.
Here, in blog land with you.
Your visits, your light shining through.
I hope to see you once again.
Sooner than soon.
Much love,
Vanessa
