In the early to mid 90's, dancing at discotheques in the Mexican town I grew up in was the #1 fave thing to do.
Vanilla flavored smoke on the dance floor, and a glowing cocktail in hand.
It was crazy fun, and there were lots of drinks that required Tonic Water.
Which has quinine in it.
Which happens to glow in the dark under black lights.

All you need is one glow in the dark light bulb and a lamp nearby.
Then put tonic water in, and watch your drink glow.
With the resurgence of neon and glow in the dark, folks are making all sorts of edible glow in the dark treats, just by adding quinine.
Of course, you always need a black light to see these things glow.
But at this time of the year, you can find a black light almost anywhere.

My mom always made spooky punch during Halloween.
I would go with her to the local ice-cream shop to buy a big piece of dry ice.
I remember always being not allowed to handle it, and being super careful.
And later, there was always a bubbling smoke witch punch.
