Berries are coming up here and there, and this year berry cordial is on the to do list for certain.

Have you ever made berry cordial?

Such a wonderful warm weather treat.

Edible Flowers

With spring upon us, and summer around the corner, I think it's a great time to become aware of which flowers are edible...

Besides a flower being edible by nature, of course it can't have any pesticides and chemicals used on it.

Here is a great source I use for edible flowers.

The list is awesome.

I love incorporating edible flowers onto cakes.

A little rose water too.

A cake with edible flowers just adds so much.

You can also add them to salads, so magical!
